KLB Group Index on Gender Equality

Paris, September 4th, 2019 – In accordance with the Law No. 2018-771 from September 7th 2018, known as the “Professional Future Law,” KLB Group France has calculated its index of equal pay between women and men.

For 2018, KLB Group receives a score of 79/100 and affirms its commitment to promote professional equality. Among the different criteria, KLB Group France receives the maximum score concerning pay gaps, salary raise gaps, and promotion gaps between men and women. “This score confirms the positive trajectory of our initiatives concerning gender and professional equality and encourages us to continue them for years to come. We will redouble our efforts by raising even more awareness among our managers and employees concerning these priorities, all the while maintaining the objective to improve our global score for 2019,” Sébastien Gimnez, Human Resource Director.

First action taken for 2019:  as part of our reorganization, women now represent 40% of our executive committee.

KLB Group expects to recruit more than 350 employees by the end of 2020.

Paris, July 24th, 2019 – KLB Group, specialist in the implementation of Procurement and Finance projects, confirms its growth prospects and announces more than 350 recruitments by the end of 2020, including 30% in international mobility. 

“The number of projects we are working on is growing significantly. To address this growth, we must significantly strengthen our workforce. Our workforce should reach the symbolic threshold of 1000 employees by the end of 2020,” Jean-Sébastien GUILLORÉ, Procurement and Operations Director, KLB Group.

KLB Group is looking for consultants who will intervene on Purchasing and Finance issues (outsourcing, providing one-off expertise, improvement consulting, purchasing strategy, financial reporting, accounting, etc.)

KLB Group is looking for profiles ranging from candidates with a 1-year degree to a 5-year degree. Candidates looking to become consultants must be graduates of engineering schools, business schools, or universities (for example, a specialised Master’s degree in Purchasing). The qualities required to join KLB Group:  mental agility, pragmatism, a sense of service, and being result oriented.
