Challenge
Our client required support during the construction of a new railway installations in Guadalajara, México.
Solution
The project scope included: Engineering development, installation, and implementation of railway systems (signaling,
electrification, electromechanical installations, telecommunications):
- Development of set up procedures and installation of equipment associated with railway
systems. - Development of quality plans (PPI) for construction and installation activities and elaboration of records concerning production and inspection.
- Testing and follow up of initial operations.
