Challenge
The Client needed an Installations Construction Manager for the construction of a new hospital in Guatemala, but was struggling to identify available professionals locally. They were facing severe delays and penalties if the required person was not identified on time.
Solution
KLB used its international network to identify and send one of its consultants from the Mexican office to Guatemala, while managing all of the administrative and operational tasks associated with an international mission: (accommodation, transportation, work permits, etc.)
RESULTS
- The project was completed successfully thanks to KLB’s global network and deployment of the right expert for the job
