Challenge

The client was experiencing high staff turnover and loss of knowledge, making the need for reinforcements urgent.

Activity backlog, late payment of supplier invoices, and errors concerning the closing of accounts were additional challenges.

Solution

Set up a transition team of 20 KLB Group consultants, in charge of managing the following processes: Accounts Payable, Customers, Banking, etc.     

RESULTS

  • The KLB team became acquainted with key matters quickly:          

– Accounting processes were stabilized.

– Operational staff in India were transferred and trained

– Activities were transferred and secured within the given deadlines
