Challenge

Costly, non-automated process to keep the database up to date.

Solution

KLB Group deployed an Oracle’s technology, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), to improve planning and efficiency for applying security patches to client’s environment, while improving customer experience at ATMs. With each step as a simple patch application, as a release update, fewer analysts are required to perform the task, leaving the process automated to better implement and deliver the result to the client.

With this investment in technology, our client will be able to reduce unnecessary hours with on call-analyst and improve internal team performance.
