Our mission? To implement your projects

We do not merely advise, we also implement your projects alongside you.

We take on two types of products.

  • Operational projects: your key projects, whether in the production sector, infrastructure, construction, energy services, as well as operational projects for their support functions, such as purchasing, finance, information technology, engineering, quality, supply chain, etc.
  •    Improvement projects: we assist you in taking a leap forward in operational performance, earning 10% or 20% more, obtaining cash or implementing a new organisational structure and guaranteeing the transition process, for example, by establishing and transforming shared-services centres.

For all these projects, we quickly mobilise a team of experts with different roles.

We provide and integrate advisory know-how (benchmarking, analysis, design) and project management, as well as operational know-how (monitoring and execution of business processes), to successfully implement your project.

We are fast, efficient and flexible.

Working with you, we will find the most efficient way for you to achieve your goals.

We know how to adapt our remuneration model according to your challenges: management, fixed price, activity unit or success fees.

Since the beginning, our customers have told us that we excel in implementation.

Agribusiness

The challenge to develop local added value

A market of 31 billion euros (41 billion dollars), in which the 100 largest companies account for over 3% of the market share. These figures are very explicit: the world's second largest sector is a market fragmented by food crops, laws at various levels, difficulty in supply and the complexity of the chain. A few companies with great investment power and R&D, operate in the market alongside an endless number of SMEs specialised in local niches that fail to muster the resources that would allow them to develop further.

There are other issues that highlight the complexity of the current market and its environment:

  • Several products, some of which satisfy basic needs while others may propose highly refined luxury items, not designed to meet physiological needs
  • Global products, including cheese, beer and yogurt, share a shelf with regional or local food products
  • The increasing cost pressure from distributors controlling the entire chain and a concentration of volumes into a small number of channels, and in parallel, an explosion of as yet unrepresentative direct forums and channels
  • Legal obstacles in various fields, whether as an element enabling the provision of greater added value to the market or as a bureaucratic obstacle to protecting the market
  • Low labour productivity

KLB Group: the project implementation operational unit

For KLB Group and its customers, the current difficulties are also an opportunity for growth. The opportunities are immense, both for those who are committed to excellence in costs and those who devote their efforts to providing added value. During its nearly 20 years of activity, KLB Group has supported 23% of the 100 largest companies in the industry, as well as a considerable number of local stakeholders. We have worked on all kinds of projects:

  •   Development of local products for wider dissemination
  • Overall chain optimisation eliminating the inefficiency of relationships with suppliers and customers (B2B or B2C)
  • New organisation or implementation of new logistics flows
  • Increase in production
  •   Investing to distinguish themselves through packaging
  • Aligning the organisation of the company with their strategy
  •   Implementing new packaging or packaging solutions in search of better productivity or a more attractive product

The projects submitted share two elements: they are operational projects and are led by KLB Group for their full implementation.

The secret? A number of active and trained collaborators who know how to combine skills, methodologies, clear objectives and the ability to understand the culture of our customers. All this in order to achieve a perfect cruising speed and results that are visible on the income statement.

Stay competitive in a context of strong acceleration and increasing customer demands

The aeronautics market is based on a significant number of orders for civil aviation. Shared-risk joint venture contracts have increased among leading construction engineers and suppliers, which has had a strong impact on their ability to finance their R&D and profitability.
In addition, orders from emerging economies are often accompanied by a locally-based strategy, forcing industry players to globalise their presence and partnerships..

In a context in which innovation and cost reduction have become obligations (simplification of aircraft, reducing fuel consumption, reducing the carbon footprint, etc.), the survival of sector players involves the constant search for savings and an adaptability by the organisation to challenges in the medium and long term..

The major challenges that industry players face are:

  • maintaining strong R&D with a controlled ROI
  • developing their service offering to construction engineers and airlines.
  •   integrating suppliers and subcontractors within their innovation policy
  •   improving the profitability of their programs.

KLB Group assists you in implementing your transformation projects and undertaking your operational projects

Since 1995, KLB Group supports its clients in the aeronautical industry (construction engineers, systems manufacturers, component manufacturers, subcontractors and suppliers) in their transformation projects and in the implementation of operational projects with special emphasis on purchasing, supply chain, production, finance and commercial aspects.

Consumer goods and distribution

Unforeseeable consumption, highly demanding customers, increased competition. How to improve your competitiveness?

The distribution sector must now face three major issues: increasingly unforeseeable consumption; an erratic clientele that is becoming extremely demanding, whether in terms of price or services, which leads to a short product life-cycle; and finally, increased competition due to the arrival of new brands and the race for new technologies.

These complex issues are compounded by the major challenges that must be overcome:

  • Constantly transform the processes to attract customers by using all available distribution channels (store, e-commerce, mail order, etc.) in order to develop the multichannel./li>
  •   Constantly evolve the "product" offering through new services (credit, rental, maintenance, customisation)
  • Promote mobility with the help of new technologies (smartphone apps, contactless payment, etc.)
