Managing HSEQ processes for a wind farm in Costa Rica.
Challenge
The client required assistance managing the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) processes during the construction of a 40MW wind farm in a remote region of Costa Rica.
Solution
KLB’s scope of work included:
- Ensuring compliance with the technical and operational specifications determined by the customer
- Carrying out all activities necessary for quality assurance, from equipment inspection and documentation of project materials, as specified in the inspection plan, to general project tests
- Management of non-conformities
- Carrying out reviews of quality plans, PPIs, quality track records, procedures, etc.
RESULTS

The construction project was completed successfully and the wind farm was connected to the grid on time, with a capacity of 40 MW.
