Process Automation using RPA (Robotic Automation Process) for a big Electronic Retailer Company.
Challenge
Des High operational costs to input data in back office and BI Systems. Data input into client’s systems was done slowly and manually.
Solution
To accelerate data input into client’s systems KLB Group was responsible to automate this process developing RPA solutions (Robotic Process Automation). Information coming from SAP had to be interpreted in order to be input into the back office systems and into client’s BI (Tableau).
RESULTS
- Reduction of operational cost, as with automation the process isn’t done manually anymore.
- Increase in the performance of clients’ systems and BI (as the information is inputted much faster into the systems).
- Increase of the reliability of the information and the systems.
