Managed and secured all purchasing categories for a complex building rehabilitation and transformation project in the restrictive context of public procurement.
Solution
Le The client used external expertise to support its purchases during a building rehabilitation and transformation project in all areas (asbestos removal, structural work, roofing, exterior and interior joinery, flooring, locksmithing, plumbing, HVAC, electricity and lifts).
A need analysis and supplier benchmark was conducted in order to respond as closely as possible to the customer’s request in terms of budget and compliance.
RESULTS
- All of the work package were awarded and met the client’s budget requirements and technical specifications
- 100% of the contracts were signed in compliance with the initial deadline
