The challenge was to obtain the necessary information in a legally complex environment, where a competitor’s business was being acquired with strict deadlines in place.

Adedicated project manager coordinated all of the necessary actions, while bringing his cross-disciplinary perspective and positioning himself as a key person with the project’s stakeholders (Legal,Finance, Business ans Suppliers). A detailed analysis of the possible solutions was carried out for each purchasing category affected in order to identify synergies and optimisations of potential gains on contracts. Prorficiency in change management was crucial to this project’s success.
