The Role
We are currently in a position to hire an experienced Telesales Business Development / APPOINTMENT SETTER with extensive experience in C-Level telephone pitches and appointment setting.  The role will include: daily telephone call targets (100+ calls per day), client data cleansing/ management, sales pitching, diary/ calendar management, tele-marketing strategies and ultimately making 1-hour appointments for private businesses in the UK.  
Office based, focused developing a defined new business client pipeline and daily phone pitching discipline for the UK, you will be responsible for all first-contact  and arranging new client meetings with CFO’s, FD’s, CEO’s, MD’s Operations Directors and Facility Directors.  Targeting a wide spectrum of technical / engineering companies in England with annual revenues up to £100m annual sales turnover, you will have the confidence and proven experience of telesales and appointment setting at this level.  You will spend 90% of your time on the telephone establishing/building relationships, identifying and qualifying opportunities, closing face-to-face meetings and managing field sales calendars / client appointments.
You will report to the Business Manager and work closely with field sales managers (out of our centrally located Farringdon, London EC1 office). Bonuses will be both monthly and annually paid on appointments that are successfully attended.

The successful candidate will have most of the following:
- Min 2+ years in telephone sales / new business development in the service/ private sector
- Minimum 1 year C-LEVEL APPOINTMENT SETTING experience
- Proven consultative telephone pitch and relationship building experience at CEO/ CFO/ COO level
- Excellent administrative and database management skills
- Demonstrative telephone sales success 
- Strong understanding of technology and / or engineering 
- Adept at working through data leads through 
- Strong self-management/ motivation skills and ability to produce results
- Strong personal skills and ability to apply character to changing scenarios
- Target driven with assertive, hungry nature to earn cash and succeed in building a company

Proven experience in C-Level appointment setting
Calendar and data set management
Loves to work on the telephone
Competent in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

Engineering or Technology Education
- Experience with Google Mail and Google Calendars
- Have worked for a Telemarketing company arranging appointments
