Les métiers des Achat, Supply Chain, Qualité, Ingénierie et Finance sont très ouverts, mais il est indispensable de présenter un projet professionnel cohérent. Ce projet se construit d’abord à travers votre formation. Pour devenir consultant, il est préférable d’être titulaire d’un Bac+5. Un passage dans une école d’ingénieur et/ou de commerce est très valorisé, une spécialisation en Achat, Supply Chain, Qualité, Ingénierie et Finance fortement recommandée voire indispensable. Par ailleurs, il est fondamental d’acquérir de l’expérience opérationnelle sur le terrain. Nous vous conseillons vivement d’effectuer des stages de longue durée pour développer votre portfolio de compétences. Cela jouera un rôle non négligeable dans votre recherche d’emploi.

Comment construire un CV béton…

Un CV réussi est un CV clair, précis et qui va droit au but. Développez avant tout vos expériences les plus significatives.
Soyez précis et objectifs dans la description de vos réalisations et évitez les vocables galvaudés comme : stratégique, management… Il est essentiel de présenter des expériences concrètes et vérifiables et d’avoir au moins une référence à présenter. Privilégiez enfin la qualité par rapport à la quantité : envoyez peu de CV, ciblez les offres qui vous intéressent et adaptez votre CV. Dernier conseil : envoyez un mail d’accompagnement plutôt qu’une lettre de motivation, son efficacité sera bien plus grande.

 

Le secret d’un entretien réussi ?

Être à l’écoute. N’hésitez pas à poser des questions sur les attentes de l’entreprise, le poste qui vous intéresse, le service dans lequel vous serez amenés à travailler : il s’agit de comprendre les attentes de l’interlocuteur et de répondre à son besoin. Vous aurez bien sûr pris auparavant connaissance de l’entreprise via son site internet et les réseaux sociaux. Lorsque c’est à vous de prendre la parole : reformulez dans un premier temps. Vous montrerez ainsi un vif intérêt et vous saurez comment convaincre. Soyez « motivés », c’est comme cela que vous vous démarquerez. Votre présentation vestimentaire doit être neutre et irréprochable. Il faut enfin adopter une gestuelle circonstanciée : serrez la main de façon franche, regardez l’interlocuteur dans les yeux, tenez-vous droit, prenez des notes,  …
