Our commitments
KLB, a responsible partner
Both on a social and environmental level, we are committed to developing a more responsible company. With the creation of a dedicated CSR function at the beginning of 2023, we have accelerated our approach and our commitments in favour of a transformation that we hope will be sustainable and collective. CSR is a key success factor for our ecosystem: our customers, our partners, our employees and our company.
We thus define and adapt our CSR policy which guides us on a daily basis through numerous concrete actions such as:
So, what exactly is CSR at KLB?
1.
Values & commitments
Our Values
Our development continues to progress around our three values: Trust, Proximity, and Commitment. These values are in line with our global commitment to a more sustainable and inclusive society. They enable us to build lasting relationships with our customers, partners, suppliers, ecosystem, and all our stakeholders.
The transparency of our practices
Communication with our stakeholders, both internal and external, is very important! It allows us to exchange best practices.

Our Commitments
In 2025, KLB was awarded the EcoVadis Silver Medal.
This recognition encourages us to continuously challenge and enhance our practices.
EcoVadis evaluates companies’ CSR performance based on internationally recognized standards such as the UN Global Compact, ILO conventions, GRI standards, local regulations, and ISO 26000.
This assessment helps us identify strengths, set priorities, and improve year after year.

2.
Une démarche structurée
Aware of the need to constantly adapt to the opportunities and risks inherent in our business, we have implemented a comprehensive management system, including policies and procedures that enable us to ensure the continuous improvement of our practices and enhance everyone's safety, while making respect for the integrity of our customers, suppliers, and employees a priority.

Because we are ALL COMMITTED, we wanted to bring this approach to life by giving it its own identity.
Governance: EVERYONE COMMITTED!
Human Capital: EVERYONE TOGETHER!
Ethics and Compliance: EVERYONE COMPLIANT!
Fairness and Fair Practices: EVERYONE FAIR!
Environment: EVERYONE SUSTAINABLE!
3.
Clear objectives that give meaning and direction to our entire approach
Professional equality
KLB has published its 2025 index on professional equality between women and men, achieving a score of 96/100. Professional equality is a fundamental pillar of our performance and corporate culture, ensuring that every talented individual, without distinction, can flourish and contribute fully to KLB's success. We are firmly committed to promoting diversity and ensuring equal opportunities at all levels of the Group.
“We are proud of this score, which reflects our commitment to professional equality,” emphasizes Fabrice Dubosc, Director of Human Resources.

The disability mission
Keen to further its commitment to employees with disabilities, KLB has created its disability mission with a view to promoting the recruitment, integration, and retention of our employees with disabilities.

Administrative procedures, workplace adjustments... Our disability mission representative will be happy to assist you in the strictest confidence. Feel free to contact her to discuss your needs!
The disability plan:
KLB is actively committed to disability issues through a comprehensive plan focused on annual awareness-raising among our teams and managers (particularly through SEEPH) and sustainable inclusion, ensuring the retention and recruitment of people with disabilities through our presence at specialized trade shows.

Skills-based sponsorship
Solidarity is one of the key qualities within our teams.
It is with this same spirit in mind that we have set up a skills-based sponsorship program: our employees are invited to put their knowledge and skills to good use by working for various associations on one-off assignments.
During breaks, volunteering gives you the opportunity to give a little of your time to associations by using your knowledge and skills, as well as the unique opportunity to learn about social and solidarity economy structures!

Many public interest organizations (associations/foundations) often lack the resources to move forward. The KLB program offers you the opportunity to support them, and even to suggest new associations to us!
Responsible Purchasing: showcasing our expertise
RFAR-certified since 2022, we were the first firm to obtain this distinction from the CNA and the business mediation service. We follow the guidelines of ISO 20400. This label aims to continuously improve our practices. It is the only label recognized by the state in the field of responsible purchasing.

It aims to recognize the commitment of any company or public operator to:
-
A responsible purchasing policy,
-
A desire to drive a process of continuous improvement in its practices.

Our ambition is to become a leading ambassador for responsible purchasing.
Our expertise and areas of intervention enable us to advise our private and public clients on best practices to improve their responsible purchasing processes. We are proud to have our RFAR certification renewed in 2025. It drives us towards continuous improvement.

Decarbonizing our purchases
We are all responsible for climate change, each in our own way. In order to reduce our carbon footprint, we have taken steps such as conducting our first carbon assessment and providing climate and digital training for our employees. These tools enable us to go even further in our environmental action plan.

Ethics and professional conduct in business
Our code of ethics and professional conduct is a reference document that helps KLB Group employees understand acceptable practices and behaviors and those that are prohibited in the course of their work.

Training our teams on CSR issues
We have stepped up our training initiatives aimed at raising our teams' awareness and skills in CSR. Since 2025, we have rolled out awareness campaigns focused on CSR and climate change issues. At the same time, we have updated our Responsible Purchasing training program to include the strategic imperatives of decarbonization and responsible sourcing in order to transform our practices. Finally, we have implemented an ethical awareness program for all our employees.
"Every day, we expand and diversify our CSR actions both internally and externally. We firmly believe that strong commitments are essential to support sustainable and inclusive economic growth. Our employees are the primary ambassadors of our approach. Aware of the need to constantly adapt to the opportunities and risks inherent in our business, we have implemented a comprehensive management system. The policies and procedures defined in this system enable us to ensure the continuous improvement of our practices, to enhance the safety of everyone, and to prioritize respect for the integrity of our customers, suppliers, and employees."
